| Over Christmas 2009 I left my 8 month old kitten 'Bongo' for the first time at home for ten days and recruited Friends for Pets to look after him. Laura, the friend for my pet, came around for an introductory visit to meet Bongo and discuss his requirements before I went away - this was a great way of putting my mind at ease and of talking through everything about looking after my lovely, if rather greedy and attention seeking, cat. I have to say that I have been HUGELY impressed with the quality of the service provided - Laura was very friendly, warm and attentive...she regularly filled out a pet diary for me to read on my return, visited Bongo and played with him and was quite willing to send me text messages to let me know how he was getting on. She even gave him an extra visit because she was in the area and thought he might need some extra love and attention! | I cannot recommend Friends for Pets highly enough. They have taken care of our spaniel, Ruby, since she was a small puppy with regular walks during the week and overnight boarding when we go away. She always has a great time and is very well cared for. I have always found them to be exceptionally reliable, trustworthy and accommodating to our needs. Don't know what I would do without them! | |
