What a tail-wagging treat our Friends for Pets Annual Conference turned out to be last Friday! With (almost!) the whole gang of franchise owners coming together under one woof (okay, roof), it was a day packed with inspiration, learning, laughter—and plenty of snacks for humans and pups alike!
A Warm Welcome (With Biscuits & Barks!) 🍪🐶
We kicked things off with some seriously tasty treats—think gorgeous biscuits, juicy strawberries, and good old British fish and chips. It was so lovely to reconnect face-to-face and share stories, ideas, and yes, dog memes over a hot cuppa and crispy chips.
Star Speaker Sara Appleton – All About Social! 📱✨
We were thrilled to welcome the brilliant Sara Appleton, who gave us the lowdown on how to supercharge our social media presence. From paw-sitive engagement strategies to the perfect post frequency, Sara had us all scribbling notes and getting excited about showing off our four-legged clients online.
Goody Bags Galore! 🎁🐾
We all felt a bit spoilt with our conference goody bags – pop-up doggy water bowls (perfect for sunny walkies!), comfy Friends for Pets t-shirts, and lots of other surprises that had us wagging our metaphorical tails. Practical and pawsome!
Looking Back & Leaping Forward 🚀
Our wonderful founder Becca shared some heartfelt highlights from the past year – a year full of growth, resilience, and lots of muddy paws. She also gave us a sneak peek at what’s coming next.
Picture Paw-fect Moments 📸🐕
We took lots of photos, and we mean lots! Smiles, silly faces with our matching purple t-shirts. Keep an eye on our socials – for a peek at the best snaps!
Together, We’re Stronger 💜
Most importantly, it was just so lovely to have all our franchise owners together. Being part of Friends for Pets means being part of something bigger—a community that truly cares, shares, and supports one another. And when we come together like this, the energy is simply unbeatable.
Here’s to another amazing year of tail wags, muddy boots, and making a difference one pet at a time. 🐾
