Penarth team!

Steph lives in Penarth with her husband, daughter, her Beagle Demi and two cats Pacha & Nibbler. There has always been a menagerie of animals in her life and most of her childhood was spent on the back of a horse. After spending many years working in financial services, Steph realised that her childhood dreams of working with animals was always meant to be. Dogs are her passion and she has experience of handling different breeds of all shapes and sizes. Steph has also recently undertaken a comprehensive Canine First Aid course and is now Manager of the Vale of Glamorgan team, after working with us as a Pet Carer since February 2022. Usually seen out and about in all weathers at Cosmeston Lakes or Dinas Powys woods with her sidekick Demi. Steph and Rachel are able to provide all pet care services for all pets to include chickens, small animals, cats, dogs and horses.

We have online courses on the pet academy on the following dates:

K9 first aid level 2 and pet first aid level 2:

Saturday 18th November 10am

Virtual first aid evening

Thursday 19th October 7pm

We are also looking to do an in person level 3 pet first aid in the autumn. It requires 8 hours of online training to be carried out before the in person classroom level 3 pet first aid which is 6 hours, which will be delivered at our head office in Shipham from our lovely pet first aider, Tash.
